The Nasculum - Public (nass-q-lum)

The Nasculum, on average, have the same anatomy and morphology as humans. Those that are different are those power with functioning, feathered, angelic wings.

Due to how similar to humans they are, Nasculum only have a few traits that make them stand out. First of these is that when they use their powers, a halo of light manifest two to three inches above their heads.   All Nasculum have of eyes the color of various metals, including the green of oxidized copper, that shimmer with an inner light.    Their skin, wich comes in as many shades and colors as humans, always looks like the perfect representation of that shade or color. So their alabaster and obsidian look perfectly dark or pale, and every shade in between. Though their beauty is seemingly supernatural, it gives them no special power over those, attracted or not.   All Nasculum possess a natural resistance to radiant and entropic energies, used by friend and foe alike.

The Nasculum are the same as humans in this regard, they reproduce sexually, and the offspring gestates inside the female, with the pregnancy lasting nine months.    Before birth, the males protect the females and provide warmth, food, and security during the pregnancy, while females prepare the home for the arrival. After birth, both parents continue to provide nurturing, guidance, and education to their young, passing on their cultural traditions, knowledge, and skills.   As a race made by the Kings, Nasculum are capable of interbreeding with other Kingly races. The appearance of the hybrid offsping depends on that of the father.

Nasculum grow and mature, both physically and mentally, at the same rate as humans.

Nasculum, like humans, are an adaptable people and can be found in a simmilarly wide range of environments. They interact with thier habitats like humans do, though they show a greater reverence for nature of the place they dwell on average.

Nasculum have the same dietary needs and habits as humans.

Nasculum have nearly the same biological cycle as humans. The only difference is those born without wings first manifest their wings of light at during puberty.

Nasculum tend to naturally act virtuously, and often feel a strong sense of duty and responsibility. This can manifest in a commitment to protecting the innocent, combating evil forces, and upholding moral principles. Many Nasculum are inherently good-hearted and may be driven to perform acts of kindness, assist those in need, and stand against injustice. They often carry themselves with a noble demeanor regardless of background. Be it one of leadership, scholarly pursuits, farming, family oriented, or a life of adventuring amongst the stars.   Nasculum are tend to take on roles as protectors or guardians, defending communities, individuals, or sacred places from threats. They find immense joy in using their power for the well-being of others, though some feel a wanderlust and might embark on a personel quest to discover their purpose or fulfill a divine calling. These might be to combat a specific evil, seek lost or hidden knowledge, or fulfill a prophecy. Often they are drawn to a life of exploration and heroism as an adventurer or a soldier.   Despite this nature, some face inner struggles, grappling with the potential darkness within themselves or the challenges of living up to self-imposed expectations.   It's important to note that beyond what is said above, the Nasculum, like any other race, are individuals with unique personalities, backgrounds, and motivations. While certain traits may be common amongnst them, no two are exactly the same.

Nasculum facial traits are the same as Humans, elven for they tend to be more angular or elven, and supernaturally beautiful. Thier eyes are the colors of various metals, including the green of oxidized copper, that shimmer with an inner light.

Nasculum can be found anywhere humans can, though they do become harder to find as one travels away from Sanctlumen.

On average, the Nasculum are as intelligent as humans. And like the humans, they can fall on either side of the sprectrum of intelligence.

Nasculum have greyscaled vision in the dark, and otherwise possess no geater perceptions or sensory capabilities than humans.

Nasculum can form symbiotic relationships with other good aligned creatures faster than other humanoids. They can suffer from the same natural parasites as humans.
