The Meer Expanse - Public
The collective of Meer colonies under the uniting direction of the Meer Konin. While Meer hives on their own can present a threat to hundreds of miles of around it, they are always mercifully a single threat. Hives have been seen destroying each other for resources and territory before. Now, by the will of the Meer Konin, many disparate and unaligned colonies have begun to work together as an ever more cohesive whole on a scale never before seen.
It is only a matter of time before the Kings of the Great Crystals are forced to war against the king of ants.
Structure
At the top of the hives of the Expanse sits the Meer Konin, born to rule.
Below the Konin are the Meer Koninyin of the individual Hives of the Expanse. So long as it does not threaten the safety and unity of the Over-Hive, the Meer Konin allows them to act as they see fit.
Individual Hives are ruled by their associated Koninyin with commands given to, and non-essential orders handled by, the Meer Opseener
