Conscription rules have become more stringent in recent years. The current rules are as follows:
All male Minotaur must report for conscription at the final Spring Moon of their 16th year. They serve for a minimum of 10 years and are granted a tract of land near Minambros. Serving beyond that builds a pension for retirement. Also serving beyond 10 yrs increases the chances of Pledging and the perks that come with it.

Founded by the Legate Minos during the latter part of the Ionian Campaigns.
