High Chancellor, Master Scribe Nimrith Daan Folsen
When younger, his perfect calligraphy and bright intellect (hidden away behind a layer of mischievousness) caught the interest of High Chancellor Unath who took him under his wing at age 10. From then until his passing, Unath taught him all he knew and when the old man passed away, it was only natural that his student would pursue his work. He was chosen by the newly-appointed Reeve Sabria Far Keeper as the new High Chancellor regardless of his age and he's been proving that her trust was not misplaced.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Nimrith has always counted on his charms to get by in life. Sure, he's smart enough, but he's also very charming. Just not that kind of predatory charm that some men have: he's a sweet boy, making friends easily, with a trusting smile and gentle demeanor. He's quite small for an Ulfen male, possibly a sign that he was malnourished when he was very young.

Personal history
Nimrith was born in one of the many forests of Iobaria and moved to Ynath with his family when he was a young boy. Most of his family did not survive the trip but he and his older sister made it alive and somehow managed to find work. She started working at the mines, definitely sturdier than the boy, and he was initially sent to the church of Abadar for study. Once he was settled,
He found very little interest in the religious nature of the teachings and often found himself in trouble. Still, the teachings from the priest stuck well and while he would not remain under their tutelage for a very long time, he learnt a lot from them.
Education
Well-read, well-educated, it's obvious that while he did not have a formal education, Nimrith knows a lot of things. Unath taught him well, he knows several languages, is smart about coins, trades, geography, and diplomacy, but most of all he his very good with languages and words.

Maybe it's weird for a boy who has trouble with authority to work in a high function for an affluent city? Maybe it's not. Nimrith does what he does not for his want to better Ynath, or to help his fellow citizens ... he does what he does because he does not want to be poor again, to worry about having a roof over his head or to go on an empty stomach for several days. Selfish survival.
