Archbanker Jarskan
Jarskan's always had an eye for the gold. Perhaps it's just his nature as a Drakhen, after all, dragons are notable hoarder. Regardless of the reason, it feels as though his path was traced for him before he was born.
He appreciated the work and the worship to Abadar in the church in Mirnbay but one day, he decided that he could never spread his wings there and asked them to find a new assignment for him. There was a lot of scuffling about because he knew so well, so many important people of the prosperous port city. By contacting different Abadaran in the region, he eventually found one in Ynath that could use his help, and so he decided to jump ship.
This was three years ago, since then he established himself as a pillar of the community. As Josef, the previous cleric of Abadar, was growing older, he took a step back from the leadership position, leaving Jarskan to take over his responsibilities.

Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Like many Drakhen, Jarskan doesn't have the strongest of constitution, he is, however strong and charismatic, beautiful if you can look past the golden skin and horns (unless you're into that kind of things). His golden physique is auspicious both for Drakhen and for clerics of Abadar, making him an ... interesting creature, to say the least. And that's done nothing to deflate his ego.
Body Features
Jarskan's draconic heritage is visible wherever you go: long, golden horn, golden, lightly scaled skin, claws... but he has no wings and no tails, making him less of a desirable specimen.
Apparel & Accessories
Jarskan dresses in black, green and the golden of his orders, but he wears it more sparingly because of his skin. He enjoys fine vestments and jewelry but, unlike many clerics, he is never seen wearing an armour.

Personal history
Jarskan was born in a city where there are few Drakhen, to a mother who was a prostitute (a high end one, but prostitute nonetheless). He was kept in the closed house with his mother for a few years, no one being entirely sure of what to do with him, but as time passed, while he was treated well enough, everyone started to see that it would not be healthy for a little boy to grow this way.
Perhaps it was luck, perhaps not, but a Banker visited the closed house (allegedly) to collect taxes. He spotted the golden child, an auspicious sign for a cleric of Abadar if there is one. He asked around and eventually bought the child and brought him to the church where he was raised in the faith.
He learnt much with the clerics: reading, writing, counting, dealing, archiving... And discovered that he was indeed very good at all this cleric-y things. He stayed for along time in the church but eventually felt he could not grow anymore: because there were already several Banker and an Archbanker in the city.
He made arrangements for transfer, said his goodbye to his (thankfully now retired)mother and made sure that she would be taken care of in his absence, and moved to Ynath three years ago. He's made some friends in the city since but he is, of course, still much of a stranger.
Considering how welcoming Ynathi are to strangers and that there are other Drakhen in the city, the new Archbanker feels like he has found a place where he belongs at last.
Education
The cleric was raised by lettered cleric and is, as such, far more knowledgeable than most.
Employment
He's always been a cleric of Abadar and has made it, at a very young age, to the title of Archbanker, which is probably of little value in the rest of Golarion, considering how ... crude, the area is.
Intellectual Characteristics
Jarskan has very deep but specific knowledge. When he finds a new area of interest, he will explore it fully, with an obsessiveness that most would fear. This makes him hyper specialized in certain fields but definitely lacking in others.
Morality & Philosophy
As an Abadaran, he abides by the tenets of his faith: Bring civilization to the edges of wilderness, establish trade (of goods and knowledge) and communication, make sure laws are created and followed to make men more equal, not to enslave them.

Contacts & Relations
He is in good terms with Reeve Far Keeper, both of them enjoying the finer life. He does not find her strange or anything of the sort, but there's an unspoken rivalry between the two since she's from Kridorn.
Religious Views
He is an Abadaran Archbanker for the region of Ynath . Beyond handling coin, archiving, storing and safekeeping of objects, he has strong beliefs, among others that this world is due for some peace and that everyone should have the right to be educated in the manners of letters, numbers and law.
Social Aptitude
He's a charming lad, that's for sure, and he knows it. He quickly made friends in the city, with important, and less important people. His church is almost always open and his ear available for those who seek guidance.
