Steela "Steelborn" Rayneir
One of the most influential Generals within the Oazallan Conflict received tutilage from the Iron Lancers and the Wolfram Monks before their tenure as a diplomatic General of the Conflict. They were tasked with bringing artisans and warriors of skill to Oazalla city along with a caravan of other goods and were instrumental in the establishment of a waypoint between the north and Oazalla. During their mission, the caravan and all the people arrived within Oazalla on schedule but General Raynier was naught to be found among them. Their accomplishments and disappearance later led to the permanence of Rayneir's Pass, named in their honor, however extant they remain to this day.
