Defences

Many of the defences of the city face inward, defending the rest of the city from the fiends that dwell within Castle Mourn. These also serve to contain whatever may pour forth fromn the depths of this strange structure.

Points of interest

The Main attraction and bulk of the City's infrastructure is dominated by Castle Morne. Castle Mourn is an Old-World structure, massive in scale and even greater in its overall mystery. From its depths, Abberations of all shapes and gnarly sizes ooze from the crags and crevices of the Castle seeming to spawn from a great churning evil that dwells deep within Castle Mourn. Monster Attacks are common and thus the defences must be manned with great vigilance and steel. Sometimes, the brave or foolish travel into Castle Mourn, however, the castle defies recording or mapping of any kind. Descriptions of its interior change not only between delvers but between expeditions as well. Explorers are often tethered with a length or rope, otherwise they not return from the castle at all.
