Awen

Awen is an immense land. Spanning hundreds of thousands of miles, the landspaces of the continents differ greatly depending on you location.

Awen is largely covered in forests, mountains and rivers. All of which thrum with magic. Many communities within Awen have built themselves up amongst the natural beauties of the world, most notable being the people of Swyn Coed, as the extreme power nature magic holds within Awen makes it a much simpler task to live with nature, over making nature live with you. The continent of Awen is split into several kingdoms and communities. The largest of which are, Swyn Coed, Teyrnas Draig, Abertân and Caerdinistr.

Swyn Coed is in the centre of Awen and its forests connect together creating the largest most magnificent ecosystem for all of nature to thrive in.

Above Swyn Coed is a huge mountain range with corsing rivers and dangerous waterfalls splitting off the North of Awen. It is said the mountain ranger was pulled out of the ground by the people of Swyn Coed during the battle of magics. On the other side if the land of the dicatorship, a much colder and dark place, where wild magic had begun to die whilst the kingdom continues practicing their dark magics.

In the South West of Awen the land begins to looks much different. What was once a beautiful mountain range community is now a fiery pit of rage. Two active volcanos sit within this area of Awen, with eruptions happening regularly for the last 10 year, this area of Awen has been completely transformed. Where previously communities of all kinds could thrive within nature, now only fire monsters can survive. Due to the nature of Calonnau Amlhau's magic the lava and destruction that has been left behind by the eruptions have created their own forms of life. Creatures made up of lava with the ability to control the element have begun spawning throughout lava land, making it a dangerous place that few are willing to venture to.

The South East of Awen is the most built up area of the continent. Here live the Teyrnas Draig and their kingdom spans a huge section of land. The cover much of the South and West coast of Awen, giving them beautiful beaches, docks and immense clifsides, one of which Castle Draig sits atop. Surrounding the Castle there is the city of Draig, a metropolises city that has managed to build themselves in their own image whilst still being allowed and making some from for the nature of Awen to be happy.
