Temple of Gaea
The largest temple of Gaea, found in Heart of Gaea. The temple stands at the end of the Southern Alley with the Hearttree and the mountains as its backdrop. The entirety of the temple is protected by walls made of interwoven branches. On the temple grounds there are the Temple itself, where believers can go and get guidance from the acolytes and priests; a large gazebo for prayer "in nature"; and, with a separate entrance to the north, the Infermary where the clerics of Gaea heals the sick and wounded for free. The temple is made out of wood: The walls of wooden trunks, and the windows and ceiling of interwoven branches similar to the walls. The entreance to the temple is a small porch with a large wooden door carved witha pattern of vines. The grounds have several small oak trees and wild meadowy grass.
Design
The Temple has the porch in front that opens into the Prayer Hall. It is goes from the door opening to the other end of the building. At the opposite end of the hall is a large oaken tree with a colourfull mosaic as backdrop. The hall has no flooring, just grass. At the sides of the hall are arched openings all the way, opening into smaller rooms. To the west are a room filled with religious texts, and to the east are the sacrificial tables where people lay their sacrifices to Gaea. From the eastern wing it is also possible to enter into the grounds behind the temple. The roof inside the temple is arched (gothical).
The infermary can be entered from the north and has a simple wooden door carved with vines. It opens up into a small waiting room, from which one can go up to the upper floors where the invalid are placed, into a small office where the Infermary Matron sits, or into the back where those in service of Gaea lives.

The Temple
When stepping through the front door of the temple, one steps into a field of grass. Light passes through the branches that are the ceiling, and from the large mosaic window pointing to the north. The mosaics of the window are a colorful visualisation of the Tree of Creation when it was much smaller than now. To both sides of the room are alcoves with robust floorboards. The left side has a small library with religious texts, as well as a few tables and chairs to sit at. The alcove to the right has a reflection area with a large alter at which worshippers can leave offerings. At the right alcove there is also a door that goes to the Temple Grounds.Temple Grounds
