High Thane Urkveld (a.k.a. Brightblade)
Grimirsson Urkveld Born to Grimir Urkveld and his wife Brynien Urkveld in Port Kolin, in the family residence.
Earned the name Brightblade during the 22 years of war with the Slythernak as they established stronghold, near or on the surface of The Maelstrom nations, known as the Slythernak Incursions
Nineteen, when these incursions had reached a point of open warfare, Grimirsson proved himself an effective military leader and very capable fighter, leading many successful attacks against the Slythernak, preventing several strongholds from being built within Bretawalds borders.
Grimirsson took over as High Thane when his father Grimir was killed during the Slythernak Incursions, again proving well suited to the mantle of rule, managing the ongoing war and managing the needs of a nation supported by both his Mother and the Seneschal Lord Krondor.
During the war Grimirsson earnt the rank of Knight Champion in the Griffin Knights for repeated valorious deads.
After the Incursions, Grimirsson settled into the ruling; though highly effective during the war, the quiet of peace did not suit him, and Grimirsson left much of the administrative duties to Lord Krondor and his mother, Moving to Port Argen; he spent much of his later life leading the occasional raiding party, investing a significant portion of the wealth of Bretawald in ship making, improving the skill of the nations shipwrights quite considerably.
Now, looking Northward across the open ocean and taking the occasional voyage out into the unknown waters, looking for other lands.

Accomplishments & Achievements
Earned the name Brightblade during an assult on a newly built Slythernak stronghold in the Froriss Forest, intially the attack was going poorly when Grimirsson lead a charge, the bright sunlight flashing of his blade as he hacked his way to the center of the Slythernak compond, cutting down the leader of the enemy forces, garnered him this name, as the troops present all swear that you could see his blade flashing across the entire battlefield.
