Sonath
Sonath embodies the natural end of all things. As he strives to bring balance to his beloved’s creation, he brings to it death and destruction to rival the life and growth that it possesses. Sonath most vehemently opposes mortal beings who would become immortal and spread this immortality. This however does not extend to the undead as they have no natural means to propagate and must kill to expand numbers ensuring balance in creation. Many of Sonath’s followers believe that the undead are the end goal of their master’s eternal struggle to maintain balance in creation.

History
Early in Creation, Sonath and Gaillen were as one and from them were berthed the four elements and through them all of creation. In time, creation teemed with life and Sonath saw that it would soon spread beyond the powers of his love Gaillen to control. She could not be brought to see this as she was loathe to let harm befall her children. And so Sonath took it upon himself to bring death to all creation to esnure that his one true love would never be overwhelmed by her children and spare her the pain of bringing them harm. Ever since the two have been apart as death can not live with life.
