WE 25 - Aquatic Promise
Under the sign of the element water
This year I will explore the underwater worlds of Elaqitan and write some articles for the continent of Ulűri̋qi̋. During my fourth Worlember, I will again focus on 10,000 words and, as in previous years, prefer to swim to the finish line at a leisurely pace.
This continent currently has the fewest articles, which offers plenty of creative freedom for expansion. However, as a Capricorn (Earth) with a Leo (Fire) ascendant, I don't connect with this element on a spiritual level, so I'm very curious to see what I'll end up writing about. So, join me on an aquatic adventure where I hope I don't end up in the water, and even less so, that I sink.

SURPRISE
I wrote the article about flower animals during this year's summer camp, and the metamorphosis prompts inspired me to create an unofficial challenge. Since I'm celebrating my 4th WA anniversary on December 28th, and my profile reached 100 followers last month, and Elaqitan is also close to reaching 100, it's time to give something back to this amazing community. More on that in the following article.

Prepare visual elements.
I hope to be able to draw some sketches for the continent again, time permitting. Unfortunately, there's a lot of extra work at my workplace during November and December, so I probably won't be able to avoid using AI-generated images.
Made a list of articles to write
I've thought about what I could write for each of the 18 templates. In previous years, I've published around ten to twelve articles for Worldember. So we'll see what I can write by the end of the event.
What are the people in your world like?
Dragons and frog-like humanoids live on the water continent. While there is at least one species article about the water dragons, the Qírīrī are still largely unexplored, and I am very curious to see how their species and culture will develop as I write this.

Do some pre-writing research
Since the water continent has the fewest articles, I'm very happy and sincerely hope that I can dedicate almost all of November this year to preparation. There's a lot of research to be done.
