Frontier Industrial Alliance
Frontier Industrial Alliance (traded as FIA in New York, Tokyo, and Nairobi) is a joint venture operating under charter from the UN Office for Outer Space Affairs. It is responsible for coordinating and promoting exploration and settlement of the Groombridge Sector.

Structure
FIA is a joint venture of seventeen corporate entities, with the three largest companies holding approximately 40 percent control. The Board of Directors is appointed by these seventeen shareholders with each of the 6 directors needing two-thirds approval. The President-Chief Executive Officer is then hired by the Board and is responsible to it. The company has two main headquarters, a corporate head office and a sector operations office. The corporate head office is located in Luxembourg while the sector corporate office is Reprise Depot, in orbit of Dushara, a gas giant orbiting Groombridge 34A.
The current CEO is Margareda Palmés with Kuno Satoshi as the Executive Director for Sector Operations
