Frank Garret
Frank Garret is the priest in the Church of Harbor in Harbor Town. He moved to the island in his late 30s when he became discouraged by the state of the church he had served at, wishing to be able to practice his religion how he believed to be right. Thus, he founded the Church of Harbor, a variant of the religion he had once practiced that lacked the flaws that he had seen back on the mainland. This religion is practiced across the island by nearly all of the Harborfolk. Frank has become something of a role model and an ideal to the people of Harbor Town, and is close friends with Mayor Otterman.
