It was once said of The Heterodyning Ultraviolet Properties of Cellular Luminescence by Grand Academy of Science's own Baron Hiram Alberstein Lorecroft that, "It takes more bourbon to read the bloody thing than it likely took Lorecroft to swill in writing it," but this is largely considered apocryphal by most scholars in the field, of which there are none.
