Cravat

Archivist's Excerpt from: Trinkets, Tech, & Tinkery: A Comprehensive Inventory of All Possible Equipment One Might Need When Circumnavigating the World, Inside & Out, Tabletop Edition, CVI 42.5

Because fashion is necessary even in the wasteland of The Expanse, and because a gentleman must have his neck adorned with colour, the cravat was invented and is worn by the aesthetic-conscious. There are as many ways to tie a cravat as there are for young boys to complain about having to wear them. In some Confluences, the vastly-inferior necktie has already supplanted this brother to the Ascot, but this Confluence is all the better for the continuation of the Cravat. Available in many styles and colours for any class and creed, the humble cravat can be purchased at any fine clothiers, haberdashers, or house of linen thievery. Eddington's comes to mind.
