Averia
Averia is a high-fantasy world born from my love of anime-style tropes and isekai storytelling. It blends classical fantasy with advanced magitech, creating a setting where spellcraft and technology evolve side by side.
For over a century, two great powers have shaped the fate of the continent: the Kingdom of Lumeris and the Dominion of Drakmor. Their endless war has spread across multiple regions, turning the conflict into something larger than a simple struggle for territory. Most smaller nations have either allied with Lumeris or been conquered by Drakmor, leaving only a handful of independent kingdoms still standing.
Among these, the Twilight Kingdom remains the strongest and most diverse. It has resisted both superpowers longer than anyone expected, holding onto its autonomy despite constant pressure.
The story begins when Lumeris and Drakmor each perform ancient rituals to summon heroes from another world. These summoned champions gain abilities shaped by the nature, culture, and magic of the kingdom that called them forth.
However, something goes wrong.
A third hero never intended, never accounted for is accidentally summoned and appears within the Twilight Kingdom. Unlike the chosen champions, this outsider knows nothing about the world, the war, or the powers shaping Averia. The narrative follows this unexpected third arrival as they slowly uncover the truths, wonders, and dangers surrounding them.
Averia’s overall tone draws inspiration from Fairy Tail, Final Fantasy, classic JRPGs, and countless isekai series. But it also differs in key ways: cuisine actually matters (people can cook!), magic has structure that can be studied scientifically, and the world strives to make sense of itself through exploration, research, and discovery.
