Note
Note is the antithesis of the typical Divine—raw, unpolished, and unapologetically chaotic. Where most Gods carry an air of elegance or detachment, Note is a storm of energy, quick to laugh, quicker to fight, and never afraid to speak her mind. She has little use for the decorum and reverence expected of the Divine, often treating mortals and Gods alike with the same blunt, unfiltered attitude. Her unpredictable nature is both a blessing and a curse—she can be your greatest ally in one moment and a relentless force in the next. Unlike many of her peers, she thrives in the messy, imperfect dance of existence, finding beauty in the chaos rather than seeking to control it.
Followers: Followers of the Pulse are eclectic and wide-ranging in personalities, worship tendencies, and goals in life. Musicians, blacksmiths, and anyone whose work revolves around a beat find the Pulse to affect their work. There are two primary ways people connect with the Pulse: The first group learns to manipulate the pulse around them to move to their beat, whether through magic or other means. The second will listen carefully to the rhythm, adapting and adjusting to match the beat around them. Occasionally, some followers won't "get the point" and worship Note as God of the Pulse. This upsets Note, and she will take action to either mess with those people or possibly cut off their connection to the Pulse until they change their tune. Despite Note's hatred of being worshiped, her visage is frequently used as the symbol of counterculture and anarchy. She approves.
Church: Note does not have inherent church and is more often provided visages in places where followers believe her presence is needed.
Harmony: While the Pulse is wild, it is also inherently harmonious with the universe. Rather than seeking to control followers of Note must learn to be harmonious and abandon control.
Origin
The Pulse, a primordial force that has resonated through the Auroraverse since the formation of the first planes, is often called "the heartbeat of the Auroraverse." It is a by-product of the Auroraverse's growth, an inherent truth like the brightness of the sun or the warmth of fire. Conceptually, the Auroraverse is a bowl of water under a leaky faucet—the Pulse is the waves that ripple out from each droplet's impact. These waves have peaks and troughs, moments where energies like luck, power, or fate surge and dip. When a being's actions align with this rhythm, they seem to achieve their desires with uncanny precision, defying logic and expectation. Skilled individuals can manipulate the Pulse, either quickening or slowing their tempo to match its flow, and in some cases, even alter it to their needs. Note, one of the first beings to gain mastery over the Pulse began as an Erinyes who fled Exile. She sought to understand this mysterious power, reaching out with prayers that fell on deaf ears. Frustration turned to revelation when she realized the Pulse was not a deity to worship but an untamable force within the Auroraverse itself. As her mastery grew, she found herself nearing godhood and became tempted to claim the title of God of the Pulse. Yet, deeper understanding revealed a truth she could not ignore—the Pulse's strength lay in its independence, its absence of masters. To claim it would be to diminish it. Abandoning her ascent, Note became a Higher God instead, dedicating herself to ensuring that no one—mortal or divine—would ever stand as God of the Pulse. She now answers prayers and shoulders responsibility, but as long as she exists, the Pulse will remain an unclaimed, untamed force.Followers and Church

Champions
Just as Note does not consider herself the God of the Pulse, she has no desire for a champion, believing that true strength is earned through effort and perseverance. However, Note’s power is not bound by her ideals—she can still elect a champion if she sees fit. As the being who has come closest to claiming the Pulse's power for herself, Note has the rare ability to grant a level of strength to her chosen champion that far surpasses what a Higher God can typically offer. Yet, without a Divine Relic to anchor this power, such a blessing would only be temporary—a fleeting surge in the vast rhythm of the Pulse.Tenants
