Structure
A high priest elected for life from and by a council made up of the heads of each of the branches of the church. Each temple or shrine answers to a regional church, which answers to a continental church, which all answer to the central High Temple, called The Library Magnific.

History
Founded almost immediately after The Accord of Aleth was in place. The Watchers were initially Corlan En-Dal eye's and ears attempting to callect as much information about the world and its inhabitants, and their state in the wake of the War of Beginnings and the Fracturing. As Corlan's cult and power grew, the Watchers developed specialized arms to handle gathering information, archiving and protecting it, disseminating it with the public, and enforcing/protecting its interests.
Demography and Population
Majority humans, elves, and half-elves; but a strong mix of most civilized races with a written history.
Territories
The watchers do not own or hold land outside that which houses their temple libraries.
