The Kingdom of Errolone

Errolone is a primarily Elven Kingdom which lies south across the sea from The Great Empire of Malvarron.   Its capital, Orthrond -o Heled or ’the City of Glass’ is named after the city's intricate high-rise buildings which are made entirely from ancient Shimmerglass.   Its people, known as the Erroloni, are purveyors of alchemy, herbalism, magic and the arts. As a result, the primary exports from Errolone to the Empire are herbal medicines and magical items. Its main imports, however, appear to be illegal mages fleeing from Malvarron.   Errolone’s climate is warm-temperate with blazing hot summers which can make one grateful for the shade of the ancient forests. Its terrain is largely made up of forests and wilderness with rocky beaches in the south-westerly regions.   The kingdom is currently ruled by the Elven Queen Elmyra Glynethi, a powerful sorceress who champions the 'old ways' of the ill-fated Mathidoni Empire.   A civil war has been raging for forty long years, between the 'Purists' and the 'Reformists' with many refugees fleeing the bloodshed and landing on elvaran shores to start a new life in Malvarron.
