Whadi's East Town District
Description
This is the main urban district of the city where it houses the middle-class citizens. It is a mix of permanent housing and portable ones such as tents. it houses permanent citizens as well as visitors. Travellers are encouraged to settle in this district if they plan to stay more than a week. Due to the dynamic nature of this distric; it's size, street layout, landscape and denizens are constantly changing. It is very difficult to navigate and streetwise skills and contacts are a nec essity to locate individuals and specific services.
History
Due to the nature of the city, composed mainly of travelers and newcomers seeking fame and fortune the vast majority of its territory has been reserved to travellers and passer-bys. Essential services, such as inns, mini-markets, religious shrines to various gods are permanent buildings sprinkled across the district amongst the temporary housing. It was necessary to have those as fixtures to attract people in this area otherwise the lack of services would cause chaos and civil unrest.
