See the article about Elf for generic information. The Drifeyan Sea Elves are about in the middle, concerning height, with the northern Sea Elves and Meadow Elves being taller and the Estirian Woodelves being shorter than them. The Redwood Elves are of similar height to them.
Drifeyan Sea Elves usually have hair in different shades of brown, sometimes leaning into auburn. Their ears are bigger than those of the Meadow Elves but smaller than those of the Woodelves. The most distinct feature of the Drifeyan Sea Elves is that they have patches of scales in shades of blue and green on parts of their bodies, a rudiment of their times in the water. Some might only have one patch, whereas others might have up to two thirds of their bodies covered in scales.

Facial characteristics
The faces Drifeyan Sea Elves are cut a lot softer than those of their woodland relatives. Like the meadow Elves they tend to have high cheekbones, but they are less pronounced. Their jaws are also softer and more rounded than angular.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
As the name suggests, they mainly live in Drifeyer, but some also live in Deya, and before its anihilation in the Magic Wars, some had migrated to Isonia.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities
See the article about Elf. in addition to those things, Drifeyan Sea Elves can also see very well under water an the salt of the sea doesn't burn their eyes. They are excellent swimmers and don't need to be taught how to swim. They can also hold their breath for longer than other elf species and they tend to have very nice singing voices.

History
The Drifeyan Sea Elves became a sub species in the Era of Stillness and Silence when part of the Northern Sea Elves migrated farther south to find less hostile territory. They started living predominantly on land, unlike their northern counterparts, which made their scales and fins disappear for the most part.

Body Tint, Colouring and Marking
They have scales on parts of their body and their skin tends to tan easily while at sea. Most of them are white but their skin is darker than that of the Northern Sea or Meadow Elves.
