Draktharan Empire
The Draktharan Empire is a sprawling empire controlling much of the land of southern Jovin, south of the Jovin Divide. The empire is made up of 80%+ Draktharan Humans. The remaining 20% are mostly Iskjin or Genetian Humans, with a few other Humans or members of Mythical Races.
