Arch-Ravager Occimanuri
Occimanuri is the Arch-Ravager of the Bone Legion, its undisputed leader, and the right hand to Ritchlik the Vile. He is one of the major antagonists in the world of Open Road, and overall the most menacing out of the entire villain group around Ritchlik.
He is a very no-nonsense personality, preferring for anything to be dealt with quickly and with efficiency, so it doesn't become a larger problem. This is often supplanted by Ritchlik wanting things to be "a little interesting", which has netted Occimanuri some major defeats that undermine the menace he projects. He is also known for his lack of humor, much to the amusement of Ritchlik.
Early History
He was born to an family of noble heroes whose name has been lost to the ages, who served the Vekodan family as a personal recruiting place for their elite guard. Occimanuri was to be among them, first serving Veroldus Vekodan, before being assigned to protecting Ritchlik himself. During Ritchlik's early years, during a nearly successful assassination attempt from a rival kingdom on him, Occimanuri decided on his life's entire purpose: To see Ritchlik not just alive, but also see him succeed. After the young master had to leave home due to the weakness of his magical powers, Occimanuri followed him into exile, travelling with him for a solid decade. When they came home again, with ambitions to take the throne for Ritchlik by force, Occimanuri slaughtered entire armies just to get Ritchlik to have a final confrontation with his father, the late Relok Vekodan.
After the ascension of Ritchlik to the throne of the Sorcerer Kingdoms of Lorelia, Occimanuri would be assigned to take out all his rivals, both perceived and real. This eventually escalated in the Great Mage War of Lorelia, where the Sorcerer Kingdom took over the entire peninsula of Lorelia. During this conflict filled with terrible events and massacres committed, one recorded from the year of 1092 stands above them all: The Rape of Letharia, a major city in the south of Lorelia.
Its defenders were viscous in their defense, costing Ritchlik and Occimanuri many resources and men. Thus, once the defenses broke, Occimanuri gave the order for the unrestricted exploitation of the city. The entire city was looted and sacked, its male inhabitants enslaved for manual labor, and doing things unspeakable to the women. Not even children were spared in the rape of the city, and any who resisted would be impaled in the hills above the city, as a grizzly reminder of the might of Ritchlik's armies. Occimanuri reportedly participated heavily in the ravaging of the city, earning him his titular nickname.
The Lorelian Resistance Faction would put an end to the crimes of Richlik and Occimanuri in 1257, in a successful war that would cause the pair and their remaining forces to hightail it into the modern-day Wastes of Ritchlik. There, they established a base of operations, and Ritchlik would sink into his studies, finding out the secret to undeath. Occimanuri would defend him during this endeavor, which was appropriate, with the attempt by the Secretary to prevent the invention of Lichdom in this world. Though Occimanuri was only a small contributing factor to his eventual retreat, his ability to hold his own against the vicious Secretary was noted by Ritchlik. Unfortunately, that battle left him severely wounded, with a potential life of no combat or conquests of glory. This was when Ritchlik gently sent him to the other side, turning Occimanuri into the first of the Bone Legion, and its greatest leader.
Unlife
Not much is clear about the 1500 year time period between Ritchlik's retreat into obscurity and his resurgence in the 4th millennia. When he revealed the Bone Legion as his great fighting force to take over the world, Occimanuri was at the helm of its military might. This would culminate in the First Lich War of 3003, in which Occimanuri and his forces would be ultimately defeated by a vampire host and their mortal auxiliaries in the following year. This became a huge sore spot for Occimanuri, who, though previously defeated by a much superior foe, lost only due to the might of the then young vampires and the progenitors of their blood strengths, specifically the might of Malkov the Arcane.
Thus, he started training, fortifying his skeletal structure and formulating new tactics and strategies to use against both vampires and modern mortals. This was the time he became dead set on gaining another set of arms, which, according to captured Bone Legion personnel, had resulted in a discussion with Ritchlik that can be best summarized in one quote:
"No can do, Occi. Giving you more arms is not possible."
"YOU CAN THROW FIREBALLS THE SIZE OF SIEGE TOWERS, BUT CAN'T GRAFT ANOTHER SET OF ARMS ON ME!?"
Almost 180 years later, and Occimanuri would get another chance to earn his reputation. This time, the Legion was ready. Fortified by more specialists, and with the backing of the newest Lieutenants of Ritchlik, the Bone Legion would lead another grand war in the lands of the future Empire of Mortals, wanting to focus on a smaller area first. They were brutal, subduing most of the lands south of the Goldflow River and up to the plains around the Isalith. With the enemies of their force weakened by the Arcadian Plague and with many finding their end in the Man of Iron and his host of combat automata, even the Vampires could not do much in the defense of these lands.
But Crownrock had one ace up its sleeve: The Champions of Lorelia, a group of five experienced adventurers. Under the leadership of Horkan Blackshield, they would become a menace to Occimanuri and his forces. In the final battle of the Second Lich War, in 3210, he would stand at Ritchlik's side, before the adventurers burst into a specially prepared arena, which played to the strengths of Occimanuri and Ritchlik. Despite this, and though the battle lasted half an hour of non-stop clashes and duels, Occimanuri was eventually hit by a spell of Ganadir the Gray, unexpectedly being tossed with such force that he was thrown through a 10 foot thick stone wall. He was ordered to pull back by Ritchlik, a command he followed. He retreated with a small part of his forces, into one of the Bone Legion's many secret fortresses.
Known Abilities
Occimanuri, as an example of martial excellence, is capable of unleashing inhuman amounts of attacks in a very short span of time. He can couple that with the deployment of another set of arms, quadruple wielding his terrifying longswords, tearing wounds that can't heal.
His gauntlets feature integrated blades, which weaken any foes hit by them.
He can reconstruct himself mid-combat, with shattered bone fragments flying back into his form as he fights.
He has minor spellcasting ability, presumably stemming from his connection to Ritchlik.
He can kick a person like a donkey on bathsalts, knocking them back 50 feet, and to the ground (unless you are Horkan Blackshield).
He has once been recorded taking on 3 adult dragons alone, winning the engagement.
