Ancient Power Governmental Headquarters

  The Governmental Headquarters of Ancient Power floats high above the North Pole and the Christmastide Mystical Kingdom.
 
  the North Pole and Christmastide Valley. It is the official government seat and administrative center of Earth's Collective Congress of Ancient Power and Legendary Guardians of Childhood.
  While it was built and made for the Congress, only one section is for their sessions and other business. One of the rooms, The Mystical Pole Room, is used for the Annual Litha Ceremony while one room serves various purposes, and one has no known purpose.
 

History/Historical Context

The origins of the building are shrouded in mystery, lost to the sands of time. What is known, however, is that it appeared after the departure of all magical beings and at the same time as the Second Heart of Christmas.
  When did all this take place?
  It took place maybe in the late 1600’s. Maybe earlier. This era was marked by great transformations, as it transitioned from one era to another, paving the way for the future.
 

Geographic Significance

The geographic significance of Earth’s North Pole is both the beginning and ending of the mystical field (the Ley Lines). Because of this, the governmental headquarters is “locked” due to the Mystical Pole there aligned with Earth’s North Pole and it being a focal point of Ancient Power.
  Earth’s North Pole is also where the mystical Realm of Christmastide, a realm known for its enchantment and one of the Guardians can be found.
  Because of both, the governmental headquarters here symbolize a wise government which is lead by powerful figures who deserve their seats of power.
 

The Realm of Christmastide

In the valley below, a place of legend and magic serves as the ideal home of Christmas Beings and The Clauses, mystical figures who are associated with giving, hope, and joy to all. As a Guardian, Santa being here protects the Ley Lines from being overtaken. His protection, especially with the government headquarters above, is esential for all magical beings if they wish to not live under The Dark Magic's Spirit.
 

Access To Building

Accessing this building is done only two ways: teleportation or a flying animal.
  Although many cannot teleport, there are three groups that can. First are all deities (including the Mystic-Protogenoi). The second is Mystical Elders of Sacred Belief and Ancient Power/Eight Mystical Elders of Ancient Power. The third group is Legendary, Mystical Guardians of Humankind and Goodness.
  Teleportation is not a well-versed skill for many. But it can be learned.
  The other way to enter is to use a flying animal. They usually travel to the building and enter the Headquarters Hall.
 

Building Description

  As one flies into Headquarters Hall, they’ll notice it is a combination of a warehouse and a vehicle hanger. The door into the hallway opens marking two paths, one going left and one going right.
  The left side would take people into the Mystic Pole Circle Room. The Grand Royalty of Mystic Life Hallway is further down and to the right. In this hallway, The Trio Grand Council Chambers stand. And The Board of Mystical Spirits lies across from them. The Guardian Chamber is last with both the Ancient Power’s Congress Grand Chamber and the Multi-Realm Assembly of Mystic Life Council Chamber. After those halls of leadership, there are some smaller conference rooms.
  The right side takes people to the wall where they turn left. Straight down is the Trans-Dimensional Portal Terminal. It was formerly an unknown room.
  Except it’s not a true wall.
  Beyond the hidden wall is another room, The Hall of Harmonious Unity.

The Role of Mystical Beings

Although every species has long since departed Earth, each Guardian has stayed because of faith. Faith in Destiny/Fate. Faith in the hope that they will one day gather again with the species’ leaders. And faith that Humanity will eventually see the error of their ways.
  The building, itself, makes this faith even more likely as their time on Gaea may not be done.
