The Paladins of Kuyutha
Protectors of the pious and scourge of the unholy, the Paladins of Kuyutha guard temples and holy sites all over Ancaepya.
Structure
The Paladins of Kuyutha all serve the Archpriest of Bahamut but are mostly left to act independently.
Their de-facto leader is the Captain-General of Kuyutha, who resides in Kuyutha's Great Hall on Dryholm. He directly commands the Paladins stationed on the island, but most of Kuyutha's Chosen are stationed in various settlements all over Ancaepya.
Many smaller castles and keeps, called Kuyutha's Halls, are scattered throughout the kingdom. These Halls are home to most of the Paladins, who are commanded by Captains. Each Captain can command up to a hundred Paladins with hired footmen and archers often complementing their numbers.

Assets
The exact number of Kuyutha's Paladins is unknown, but there are around a thousand scattered all over Ancaepya, mostly stationed in the various Halls. Additionally, the Paladins can also field around five thousand footmen and archers, making them the second-largest armed religious force in the Kingdom, the first being The Order of the Crystal Rose.
Tenets of Faith
While the Paladins of Kuyutha are a military organization, they have a firm set of beliefs and ideals mostly centered around the worship of Bahamut.
Kuyutha is Bahamut's servant and a Paladin of Bahamut. He personifies the ideals of Bahamut himself and is considered the first of Kuyutha's Paladins. The Paladins try to follow his example and dole out enlightened justice in the name of Bahamut. They seek no power or wealth for themselves, rather seeking wisdom and worldly knowledge, and protect the faithful regardless of their social background. They loathe evil in all forms and despise those that commit evil acts, but prefer to imprison wrongdoers rather than kill them.
They protect the temples of all the Gods but especially those dedicated to Bahamut himself. They prosecute heretics, especially followers of Tiamat, but also Task and Garyx.
