The Underground

Deep down, below even the lowest district of Solridhe lies The Underground. A section of the city long forgotten by anyone that minds their business and thought to only be rumor by those who do not.

If you ask any higher-ups of the city, they will tell you it does not exist. For all they know, it doesn't. It has been a long while since anyone who has actually seen it has been alive.

At least, that is what they would like you to think. No, that is wrong. They would like you to think it does not exist. They would like you to have never heard the whispers of it. They would like to avoid the task of dealing with you if you insist on investigating any further.

Do not get caught here. Do not get caught here. Do not get caught talking about this place. Do not get caught her. Do not get caught thinking of here. Do not get caught thinking here. Do not get caught here. DO NOT GET CAUGHT HERE.

Geography

This place is made up of cave tunnels. Occasionally, there are openings into larger pockets of cave. One could consider this place a maze of rock, if one could consider it.

Localized Phenomena

Some of the plants that manage to grow here seem to glow rather bright.

Fauna & Flora

Multiple species of moss and mushrooms thrive among the tunnels here.

Natural Resources

There has been the occasional pool of water found down here, but one should probably not drink from them.

Tourism

One cannot visit or tour a place that does not exist.

This is so cool!! I love the idea of a sporadic, detailed labyrinth hidden by the city government!

This article style is so fun! I'm so curious about what happens if you do get caught here... the "less is more" approach works really well for that. Nice work! -Yarrow
