King Raskulb

A rat-like goblin and self-proclaimed King of Rodentia, whatever that means. Has a strong affinity for rodents, particularly rats. He has a pet rat named Remmy. After the battle against Captain Briggs resurfaced some unpleasant memories, Raskulb stepped away from the crew to work as a veterinarian in Spear End.
