Admiral William Davis is a retired member of the Western Elosian Navy and now the head of Versand Shipping. An old, grizzled sailor, Davis knows his way around sailing, but has put his combative days behind him. He expected to live a peaceful life after retiring from the Navy, but due to the actions of Captain Briggs, he has been forced to figure out ways to stop the dread pirate. His most recent attempt was hiring the crews of the Dismayer and the Droog's Diamonds to hunt down the pirate and put a stop to him.
