Grade Publico
Grade Publico is a public pub where Sluginha is grilled and served to the lower class. Sluginha is the main cuisine of the Lower Merchant Row, where this pub is located. This pub is one of the only restaurants that knows how to grill the fish correctly. The owner of the Grade publico is also the head chef. He is very anti government and does not agree with most policies the Chair members put in place. He values a sense of choice. To protest the matriarchal government, he refuses to serve women, even though women rarely try to go to the restaurant. He also lets people decorate the interior of the restaurant with graffiti that comments on the government. Because there is a low police force presence in the Lower Merchant Row, the restaurant can get away with its anti-government shenanigans. If an official were to find out about the minor protests, the restaurant would probably get shut down. Each day , hundreds of men gather her to eat after work to eat fresh Sluginhn and socialize.
Architecture
Because the building is located in the Lower Merchant Row, it has minimalistic architecture and a brick exterior. The exterior is not embellished with intricate designs and the shape of the building is rectangular.
History
This restaurant was one of the first locations to grill and serve sluginha to the public. Sluginhas have always been grilled outside, behind the restaurant. It is tradition for men to eat inside the pub, away from government surveillance. Men have always felt a sense of freedom in this space because they are free to critique the government and express their emotions. After the restaurant became more popular, tables had to be added outside in the front of the building fore costumer overflow.
