Eva Navio is proud to hold a government position as the Chair of Aeronautics. She is very pleased with the way Grenagem functions as a government. As the Chair of Aeronautics, she is continuously pushing to advance the technology associated with the airships to make airships fly faster and more efficiently. While she is all for the advancement of airship technology, she is against the use of weapons in air ships for the purpose of exploration. She feels as though it is wrong to forcefully take over other land with powerful weapons. She wants Grenegem to be more peaceful, but is too afraid to push for drastic change because she doesn't want to loose her chair position.

Personal history
Eva grew up learning in the Academy of Administration. Within the academy she was focused in aeronautics. From a young age she excelled at all assignments and tasks and was at the top of her class. She was rewarded with an apprenticeship between herself and the previous Chair of Aeronautics. The chair of aeronautics was violent and pushed for the addition of a large amount of weapons to be added to airships. She felt the process of exploration would go faster if they forcefully threatened other empires or tribes for not obeying. Eva disagreed with this policy, but never shared her beliefs because she didn't was ti loose the apprenticeship or disappoint the current chair of Aeronautics. When the Chair of Aeronautics died, Eva was quickly promoted into the position.

Eva Navio attended the Academy of Administration, with a focus in Aeronautics.

Motivation
Eva Navio is motivated to make Grenagem a more peaceful power. Although, she has not figured out a way to implement her ideas and doesn't think the rest of the administration will agree with her.
