The Current head of the Branch Noble house of Mercer, who dreams of discovering the lost The Isle of Mages. He funds many explorers, but is now looking for adventurers to for an dangerous expedition to the south seas and beyond. Most of Chell lands on the Eastern Coast of Fifebrand fly his family banner. Notable for his famed collaborative storytelling with seven other friends, which keep the local bards busy retelling his tales. The current set of tales are about a journey of a rag tag group of less then stellar people becoming noble heroes.
