The City stated as a small port, under the branch noble house of Mercer, on the shores of the Cloud Ocean, Port Wathen is the econmic center of the Southern Half The Kingdom Of Chell, from here imports from Zasel, Orkan and the Eastern Chell Colonies are offloaded the mighty trade ships of Chell and most imports from Chelfen industry Fifebrand are sent out. However not all ships leaving Wathen have holds full for trade, some are explorors, financed by noble house Mercer, or the current High King herself.
