Evergreen Terraces

Given that this is a district generally dedicated to specialist agriculture, it has one of the lowest populations of all the districts, with the majority of it concentrated near the transversal road and Temple of Veraleon with more open areas and sparse housing towards the northern and southern edges.

Being as it is, next to the Cerulean Divide there is a significant amount of infrastructure to bring water from it uphill and divert it towards the various plots of land that each require different amounts, to some degree it is also from here that water is supplied to the Old Town and Crossroad districts.

While the overall dedication of the district is specialist agriculture, there are certain informal divisions based on what exactly the land is used for:    The Temple Grounds, as the name would imply, hold the Temple of Veraleon, as well as a small assortment of other holy locations for other deities.   The Millare Breweries, near the river provide water, beer and ales to large parts of the city.   The Fragrant Strip is an area dedicated to making perfumes and other fragrances from various products.   Apothecary Square takes medicinal plants from all around to process them into more useful products.   The North and South Vintner Grounds are each dedicated to growing different varieties of grapes and turning them into fine wines.   The Blossoming Orchards are prime ground for fruiting trees, and there is always something in season.   The Salty Circles are dedicated to growing rare plants that grow in oceanic environments.    The Lotus Glade, Lavender Lane, Rose Gardens, and Tulip Terraces are all dedicated to growing their specific flower, as they get plenty of demand, whereas the Petal Yards and Colorful Court grow a greater variety of plants to make dyes out of.   Finally there is Little Nurasti, where a few dedicated farmers grow some of the spices from the area that best take to the local environment.
