Faen Guard
Official name: Tel'Quessir Amanar (Tel'Quessir means "The People" in Elvish, often used to refer to elves, and Amanar translates to "Guardians"
or "Defenders.")
The Faen Guard, or Tel'Quessir Amanar, is more than a centuries-old institution that serves as both the shield and sword of the elven capital of Neuvoterre. The organization operates as the military and ceremonial protectors of
the Tenfold Council (Caerilcarn). Members of the Guard are sworn not only to protect the council but
also to uphold the city's laws, its heritage, and its spiritual sanctity.
