The Tenfold Council
Official name: Caerilcarn (pronounced Ka-ril-karn)
The counil of the Faen capital Neuvoterre.
Structure
10 appointed representives of 9 sectors of the provinces operation and 1 head chair to lead and be the face of the council. There is no role higher than others.
This panel is voted in every 10 years and represents a wide array of races and classes to truely represent the people of the province. All laws and taxes are decided as a pannel and when decisions cannot be made it is passed to the public vote where the citizens get a vote where there is always the option to pass.
The titles are:
1 High Priest of Historical records
2 Guild master
3 Keeper of the treasury
4 Head of communications
5 Grand Arcanist
6 Head of trade
7 Head of health and wellbeing
8 Scribe and Master of Maps
9 Captain of the Mask
10 Head Chair
History
When tge new land was found to bring unity to the races who moved here they abolished the old way of ruling and adopted a more fair and equal democratic ruling.
