Emperor Merleau
Was a fair and well adored Emporer especially by the half bloods. He made sure to carry on his fathers wishes to bring the city into the modern age by both encouraging innovation and technological advancement but also follow in the dwarven ideals of acceptance by making all peoples equal.
However like his father knew also this was something many humans would find abhorant so to keep everyone happy make advancement slowly.
He was a very happy and healthy man who could keep up with his young and virile sons easily. So when he became bedridden suddenly 5 years ago it was a shock to everyone. Will he ever get better?
