Ecology and Habitats
They live mostly around the city of iron oak which is a heavily populated and polluted space due to the factories building all the arcane tech. The space is very cramped with people living very much on top of them. The place is inspired by Victorian London and Edinburgh. The wealthier people live higher up in cleaner spaces surrounded by trees to try filter out as much smog as possible.
Dietary Needs and Habits
They live on very overly processed and rather bland food with lower levels mostly factory made bread, factory packaged meat and porridge. Mid tier live on fresh meat and veg with treats of home made bread and artisanal cheese. Top tier live on buffets of cured meats, artisanal breads and cheeses and food shipped in from other regions.
Behaviour
Their empire is structured in a hierarchy with the emperor at the top, his elder guides below him and then lords and ladies from across the land below them and then guilds, priests and scholars then merchants then factory owners/management and then retail workers and farmers/fishers, factory workers and then the homeless.
As a society they are very driven to work their way up the ladder and look down on those below which has caused the worst homeless issue across the region.
Their history has down put the half bloods which has had the knock on affect to make it even though they have same rights half bloods are looked at like monstrosities and are still mostly at factory worker level at best.

Body Tint, Colouring and Marking
Hues from light peach to tan to a medium caramel and as deep as dark chocolate. Hair matches similarly with hair as light as a dirty blonde through brown to a pure black.
