As a standard action, your psychic mutation allows you to unleash a burst of harmful mental chatter at a target within 30 feet as a standard action. The target must make a INT save (DC = 11 + ½ your character level), or it takes 1d8 damage per character level.

Once you’ve used your psychic assault, you can’t use it again until you’ve rested for 10 minutes to regain Stamina Points.  You can spend 1 Edge at any point to recharge it immediately.

Evolution I:  Your psychic assault base DC is increases to 13 and it gains a +1 bonus to damage per die.

Evolution II: Your psychic assault base DC is increases to 15 and it gains a +3 bonus to damage per die.
