Your psychic mutation allows you to detect thoughts as the detect thoughts spell with the following exceptions.  Your caster level is considered equal to your character level.  To resist your detect thoughts the targets must make a Will save (DC = 11 + ½ your character level). For additional information on detect thoughts, see "Spell Descriptions" in Chapter10 of the Starfinder Core Rulebook.

Once you’ve used your detect thoughts psychic mutation, you can’t use it again until you’ve rested for 10 minutes to regain Stamina Points.  You can spend 1 Resolve Point at any point to recharge it immediately.

Evolution I:  Your detect thoughts base DC is increases to 13.

Evolution II: Your detect thoughts base DC is increases to 15.
