CYBERNETIC DEPENDENCY

Radiation exposure causes your body tissues to degenerate and you cannot heal Hit Points naturally, but can regain Stamina Points normally.

To heal normally you rely on a cybernetic augmentation like body repair weave to boost your natural healing processes. For you, the body repair weave does not confer its usual benefit (improved natural healing), but it does allow you to heal at a normal rate with rest.
