Nomads of the northernmost wastes, the Confederated Tribes of the Frensari Illalor are the counterparts to the more traditional Aelves of Illalor. The Frensari Illalor are de facto vassals under the Confederacy of The Frensari who have provided patronage to them in return for their obeisance.
