The Frozen Court
The Frozen Court is a form of secret semi-governmental hierarchy within the Undead population of Ashenrime Isle. All Undead that reside within the boundaries of the Isle are subject to the rule of the Court, and by extension, the commands within the Charter of the Frozen Court.
Structure
The hierarchy of the Frozen Court is made up of two Dukes, four Earls and eight Barons. While several of the Barons and three of the Earls have changed over the centuries, the Dukes have remained steadfast in their duty to the Isle and all its inhabitants, both living and Undead.

Vampire Lord Heleth Iceberry
Heleth is pragmatic and efficient, and has something of a soft spot for Mortals on the Isle. It is believed that she was a companion of Sulien Farstrider before falling foul of a Vampire. An Elvish Vampire of Moon Elven origin, Heleth's name is spelled "Heledd Aeroniâ" in Elvish.

Baron Thogreer (Pact Keeper Lich)
Loyal and trustworthy, Baron Thogreer1 is one of the few Undead that actively work to improve the lives of the Mortals upon his lands. While he seeks to improve his station, he wishes to do so via merit, rather than political maneuvering.
