The Stygian Library

After returning to The Actuality from Shadow I was devastated by the amount of destruction. The once beautiful and mystical city of Satyrine was now scarred by Ruined Expanses caused by a terrible war. A war I was saved from by my exile to Shadow. I vowed to do all I could to help return the city to its former magical beauty. Between my studies, at the Vance Campus I researched Satyrine before the war. Rumor had it that there was a book titled Satyrine Dekonstruktion, the book describes how Satyrine was built and contains architectural diagrams for most of its structures. The book's author, a former Keeper of Tomes named Mados, also describes the magical wards protecting Satyrine. Among other things, Mados was well known for detesting the use of the letter C as a hard consonant, preferring the letter K.
 
After many inquiries, some thought the book could be found in the mysterious Stygian Library, a vast library in a pocket dimension that could only be entered when all that one can see are books. In my neighborhood in Fartown there is a sort of book store called Grynn's Gramarye (The Path page 100). Grynn stayed in the gramarye during The War and died there defending the books. My plan is to this location to enter the Stygian Library.
