Today was the day. I told gran about wanting to be an adventurer like she was. She just smiled like she wasn’t at all surprised! She said that she thought I might want that, and had some ideas about how to get started. She had written a letter to an old adventuring friend of hers who lives in Novandria, and got a response yesterday. Her friend has a spare room and is willing to let me use it. That’s where gran got started adventuring, and she’s still a member of the guild. She said she would write me a letter of introduction so that I could become an apprentice. I’m so excited!
