A regal owlin with the resembalnce of a barn owl is the bartender at the Watering Hole. Mabel Valance is a stern man who takes pride in his work and himself. You can often catch him preening his feathers when not on his post. You won't find a stiffer drink anywhere else, but know that he's not much of a conversationalist either. He does appear to hide much about himself, few know of his true history or how he came to be in Hadarac. He also keeps this information very close to his chest, revealing only what he needs to, nothing more.
