Pheelo's role is often misunderstood for that of a healer, lifegiver, undertaker or naturalist. While she does carry domain over all of them Pheelo's true purpose of Py was to keep life worth living. The Ark of Life has an ever-changing avatar, that is to say she appears as needed to every individual man, woman, plant and beast on Maust.
