My Life so far

I am Chops. Son to Dixie the Great Marine Biologist, and Boggy... the Froggy. My dad is uhh, a renowned... cook! Renowned by me and my mother that is! From the first days as a young Nakudama, I was fascinated by the wonders Obojima had to offer. My mom would always be in charge of my education, letting me uncover how the world works my own way. Although she wished me to become as hooked on aquatic research as she was, I could not, and still can't figure out what I want to excell at! My dad just resigned from his position as a courier to start our family farm and small family workshop business when I was born. He now runs home, which is basically a two story shack, where the base floor is a small shop where we sell food and take smithing jobs. My older sister Gigi helps out there most of the time.

My Calling

As you know, I am fascinated with how the world works. Some might call me a physicist, a revolutionary, part of the scientific avantgarde! But to truly show the world my true potential, I have to be accepted into the AHA Guild to publish my theories and works to a wider audience that the local friends of mine. You see, although I am very intelligent in what I know, I for one do not know how to draw complex conclusions in my work, and also I have next to no knowledge in how to really write scientific papers. So my work always looks very "unprofessional" to the AHA group, or so they said numerous times, alngside a few "don't write us please" and such. But they will see!

My Master

I have been fortunate enough to find a renowned researcher that took me under their wing inside the AHA group! Her name is Elviree, a red Dara that I definitely did not pester for so long that she gave up on resisting and reluctantly recommended me as carry-on whenever the AHA group had filler-people short in expeditions. So I was able to see how AHA researchers work, get connections within the organization and even befriend a few fellow scientists! Despite all my efforts, AHA will still not take me as a full member because I have yet to send in a proper report/thesis, but at least they promised to read every entry with an open mind because of my involvement without compensation! Great news, isn't it?

My Expeditions

I have been to various marine outposts to research aquatic life and its rapid change over the last few months.

I have looked at ruins, both above and beneath water and saw cool artifacts and first age remnants!

Most of my research though was within the forests at the south-western end of Obojima. Here I was helping to research things of floral and spiritual nature. That was also the last mission I was on before venturing up into the Gift of Shuritashi to again, look for my next big thesis to finally be accepted into AHA!
