Finnan was given the name Stealer after he stole a bag of food for his starving sister. He was caught and was given the choice to be recruited into the kings army or have his hands cut off. Reluctantly he choose the army. As time went on, the name Stealer that was once an insult and an embarasment, was given new meaning when Finnan became fierce in battle, becoming the top swordsman in his company, and soon the whole army. Stealer was changed to Steeler, having to do with his swordmanship and steel weapon. He rose to the rank of captain.
