Born the son of a Blacksmith father and adventurer mother who had settled in the medium-sized town of Hallow Glen. The boy named Darion grew up a quiet town life with no excitement except his mother's stories of the adventures she went on, the sights she saw, the monsters and beast defeated, and the friends she made. And the friends she lost.
 
Listening to these stories that she told while serving in the town's tavern was the best thing to him as he was growing up. Even over his father's smithery. That was why he eagerly accepted training with her when she was home from adventured when he was old enough. any training he could receive wielding the castoff weapons from the smith.
 
At 15, his mother's party had come to town. They talked in a private room about a job for veteran adventurers. That morning was the last time he saw his mother.
 
Years later, taking a hammer and shield he had crafted, and chain shirt his father gifted, Darion left to start adventuring to collect his own stories.

Education

No formal Education.
Taught to read and write Common and Dwarven.
Apprenticeship with his father in the blacksmith shop.
Learned basic combat and weapon use from his adventurer mother. Beyond that, self-taught.

Apprenticeship with his father in the blacksmith shop before leaving to join the guild as an adventurer.
